This role includes leading the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing market strategies, and overseeing branch-level Profit & Loss (P&L). The ideal candidate should have strategic planning capabilities, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive results. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for branch growth. • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service execution. • Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. • Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, and client presentations. • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with profitability goals. • Manage branch-level Profit & Loss (P&L), cost control, and budgeting. • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality standards. • Prepare periodic performance reports and sales MIS for management review. ⸻ Qualifications & Experience • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, in NVOCC and NVOCC Agency services. • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and commercial business decisions. • Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and drive execution. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
