About You

You are a highly motivated individual with proven experience in

Windows Server Infrastructure and VMware virtualization

.You thrive in dynamic environments, are eager to learn, and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges. Your strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset make you a valuable team player.Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for internal and external platforms with a focus on availability, efficiency, and performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including data center migrations and cloud transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and support across time zones.
• Contribute to automation and scripting efforts using PowerCLi and Terraform.
