About The Role

Join our growing Infrastructure Services Team in Pune as a Windows Server & Virtualization Manager. Lead a global team of engineers while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Hansen’s Microsoft and VMware platforms. This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving process improvements and delivering private cloud solutions.

About You

You are an experienced IT leader with at least 5 years in WS&V operations and 2+ years leading global teams. You have:

• strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, and Azure (nice to have).
• excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• ability to thrive in a dynamic 24x7 global environment, building a culture of excellence and innovation.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of WS&V engineers across geographies
• Manage and optimise WS&V infrastructure performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and implement procedures ensuring reliability and scalability
• Plan, design, and implement private cloud solutions
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver robust IT services
