Job Description

Operations and Production Assurance: Provide technical support to ensure that services for pictures, advertisements, graphics, text and other production workflow systems are available to Editorial for page makeup; create pages for Editorial from template for old workflows; get image processed within stipulated time; resolve application problem and monitor workflow for page reception at press after Editorial generates the pdf; in order to ensure production issues are taken care and for timely transmission of all the editions to press. Coordination with other departments: Coordinate with Response, Editorial and Press; provide helpdesk support to users in order to ensure smooth release of edition. Regular co-ordination with all East OSPs. Process improvements, Implementation and Training in EWF projects: Identify redundant processes in workflows and suggest changes to improve production efficiency; reduce processing time and cost; plan, monitor, execute special projects; support to launch of new products in order to enhance the efficiency of processes. Skills Good knowledge in Windows 10,11 Basic knowledge in Windows Server 2016/2019 Basic knowledge in DNS, LAN, WAN Basic Knowledge in Adobe InDesign Preferred knowledge in any Linux flavor Relevant Experience 1-2 years of experience in managing and support Win/ Linux OS and Windows applications. Multi-skilled in the Adobe products is value added position.
