Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Windchill Developer, based in Pune. The Windchill Developer's daily tasks include designing, developing, and implementing Windchill solutions, performing system integrations and customizations, and providing technical support to resolve issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid work structure. Qualifications Proficiency in Windchill development, customization, and integration Experience with Java, JSP, XML, and related technologies Familiarity with PLM concepts and best practices Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial Show more Show less
