Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician

As a Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine generator sets to ensure safe, efficient, and stable operation of the equipment. Your role will play a core part in the operation and maintenance of wind farms, ensuring long-term stable and safe operation of wind turbine units. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly inspect wind turbines and auxiliary equipment to ensure normal operating parameters. - Implement preventative maintenance plans, inspect nacelle, blades, towers, gearboxes, generators, and electrical systems. - Keep equipment clean, lubricate, and tighten critical components to prevent malfunctions. - Respond quickly to unit fault alarms, analyze causes, and implement repair plans. - Replace, adjust, or repair fan components and control systems. - Record fault conditions, repair processes, and results for data support. - Use the SCADA system to monitor unit operating status and key parameters. - Collect and analyze wind turbine operating data for optimizing efficiency. - Adhere to safety procedures and national/industry standards. - Communicate with maintenance engineers, project managers, and suppliers for issue resolution. - Record maintenance logs, fault reports, and repair records. Job Qualifications: - Educational requirements of a vocational school/college diploma or above in mechanical, electrical, wind energy engineering or related fields. - Relevant technical training certificates (high-altitude operation, electrician's certificate, etc.) will be advantageous. - 15 years of experience in wind turbine or wind power equipment maintenance preferred. - Knowledge of wind turbine structure, electrical system, and control system maintenance is a plus.,
