Role Overview As Assistant Manager – Operations (Zoho ERP Specialist), you will be responsible for ensuring that our day-to-day inventory, invoicing, and compliance workflows are accurate, reconciled, and up-to-date in Zoho. This role demands hands-on control of inventory data, coordination with warehouse staff, and close collaboration with the accounting team to make sure GST and documentation are error-free.Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile stock in Zoho Inventory/ERP with physical inventory daily. Oversee stock movements including receipts, dispatches, returns, and rejections across all e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate creation of invoices, e-way bills, debit notes, and credit notes — only after physical verification. Manage returns and rejections from platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.), and ensure proper reconciliation in Zoho. Generate weekly and monthly reconciliation, variance, and reporting dashboards for management. Flag discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions. Implement SOPs for warehouse operations to ensure process discipline. Coordinate with accountant/CA team for GST filings and audit-ready documentation. Proactively identify areas for automation and efficiency in Zoho ERP workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–6 years of experience in inventory / operations / supply chain management (preferably FMCG or e-commerce). Strong, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Inventory / ERP systems . Familiarity with invoicing, e-way bills, credit/debit notes, and GST compliance. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reconciliation and reporting. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven mindset. Strong communication and coordination skills to work across warehouse, finance, and leadership teams. Must be based in Delhi NCR and able to work on-site daily . Preferred / Advantageous Prior experience in e-commerce supply chain or marketplace operations. Exposure to stock audits and cycle counts. Experience handling returns, reverse logistics, and cross-platform inventory sync.
