Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wi-Fi Technician, located in Tuting. The Wi-Fi Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Wi-Fi networks. Key duties include performing diagnostics, resolving connectivity issues, ensuring network security, and providing on-site support to clients. Collaboration with other team members to meet client requirements will be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wi-Fi network installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of network security and connectivity solutions
• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and technical issue resolution for laptops, desktops, and servers
• Ability to provide on-site support and excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of IT systems and network configuration
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications in networking or IT support are a plus
