Role Description We are looking for Content Writers with 1-3 years of experience to take full responsibility for the content creation process (from strategy to execution). Our ideal candidate is someone with a flair for writing content that is well-researched, engaging, and customized to diverse sectors, brands, requirements, and formats. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, colleagues, and partners, are a must. This is an in-office role (5 days a week) . Early applicants and immediate joiners will be given preference. Responsibilities Interact with clients to create campaign plans, source briefs, and deliver work on time Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve client goals & objectives Collaborate with our leadership, content, and design teams to produce great work Conduct online research to add to client inputs, and create rich, engaging content Write high-quality content for websites, brochures, social media posts, emailers, videos, landing pages, web banners, case studies, newsletters, blogs, presentations, etc. Edit, proofread, and improve content to create engaging, error-free work Create and manage the editorial calendar/workflows, and maintain project trackers Post content on social media platforms, using relevant tags and hashtags Measure and optimize performance on an ongoing basis to deliver optimal results Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and current events to generate relevant and engaging content ideas Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (in commerce, marketing, business management, or journalism & mass comm.) 1-3 years’ experience in content-writing and copy-writing for brands & businesses Strong marketing and communications mindset, with the ability to address business goals through strategic campaigns & initiatives Prior experience in client relationship management Superior written and spoken communication skills in English Ability to write both long-form and short-form content in an engaging style Proficient computer skills, including MS-Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel) Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO writing Comfort using AI-enabled tools/models to enhance efficiency, productivity & accuracy Excellent understanding of social media platforms (best practices, optimization techniques, etc.) You will love working with us if: You are quality-focused and believe in doing it right the first-time You are versatile, and enjoy writing different kinds of content You are confident, yet, open-minded and keen to learn You are a natural team player, but can also work independently on projects You are disciplined, responsible and take complete ownership for deliverables Most importantly, we value people with strong ethics .
