The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. Daily tasks include following the directions of the Chef De Partie, maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen operates in an efficient manner. The role also involves managing kitchen inventory and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Capability to assist in menu development Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to manage kitchen inventory efficiently Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is beneficial Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
