About the Role UX writing sits within our Platform Tribe in a Shared Services Pod composed of Product Designers, UX Writers, and Developers. This team works across all Tribes and Pod to systematically elevate holistic product design, content, and development solutions. As a W1 or W2 Writer on this team, you will support our W3 writer. UX writing and strategy as a practice is integral to a unified, modernized, user-friendly, and cohesive end-to-end Whatfix product narrative and experience.
