Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Workforce Management (WFM) Real Time Analyst I in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage all operational support aspects of the contact center.
Facilitate and monitor workforce planning issues, including staffing, scheduling, and forecasting systems.
Implement and manage contact center quality issues and support systems.
Monitor and evaluate training programs across the contact center.
Develop and implement relevant solutions based on best practices.
Collaborate with team members to achieve day-to-day goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM or a related field.
Strong knowledge of WFM principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
