Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Management Manager in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in workforce management, with expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage all operational support aspects of the contact center.
Facilitate and monitor workforce planning issues, including staffing, scheduling, and forecasting systems.
Implement and manage contact center quality issues and support systems.
Monitor training programs across the contact center.
Lead a team of specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
Ensure implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-function in line with department strategy.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, focusing on capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience in managing and leading teams, focusing on employee development and growth.
