We’re looking for a passionate Team Lead who can drive results, motivate their team, and ensure we consistently meet and exceed our performance targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team handling US-based Energy Process.
• Manage daily operations with a strong focus on achieving team targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the delivery of the team’s and your own daily and monthly targets to maintain client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse performance reports, track progress, and implement improvement plans.
• Handle escalations and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience in US Energy Process or Telecom Process (BPO/KPO preferred).
• Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
• Flexibility to work in US shifts.
