Role & responsibilities Key Interactions* Strategic Planning ,Employees, Performance Management Experience 5 - 7 Years Relevant Industry Information Technology (IT) Industry Location- Hyderabad Looking out for Immediate Joiners from IT Industry Job Description* As an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. You will manage the recruitment and selection process, support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Principal Accountabilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Lead the development and implementation of talent management/engagement strategies, learning and development initiatives, and change management initiatives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Identify training needs for teams and individuals and manage training programs. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, making sure they are communicated and implemented across the business.
