As a Research Psychologist joining our team, your role will involve leading and contributing to research initiatives focused on enhancing children's psychological well-being and overall development. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to design evidence-based tools and assessments, and apply psychological principles to interpret children's emotional and behavioral patterns. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous research, analyzing user feedback, and staying updated with the latest developments in psychological research. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct rigorous research to validate psychological concepts, especially those related to childhood development, learning, and emotional well-being. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to design evidence-based tools, interactive content, games, and assessments. - Apply psychological principles to understand and interpret children's emotional and behavioral patterns through product usage data. - Collect, document, and analyze user feedback, and incorporate research insights into product strategies. - Stay current with the latest developments in psychological research and ensure that these insights are applied effectively. Qualifications Required: - M.A./M.Sc./Ph.D. in Psychology (preferably Clinical, Developmental, or Child Psychology). - Proven experience in psychological research, with a strong focus on children and/or child development. - Track record of published research or applied projects demonstrating psychological insight and methodological rigor. - Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex research into actionable strategies. - Prior experience working on or contributing to technology-based interventions, tools, or platforms is preferred. - Effective communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.,
