Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welfare Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Welfare Officer will be responsible for overseeing employee welfare programs and services, conducting training sessions, administering social services, and ensuring a supportive work environment. The role also involves to onboard new employees effectively. Qualifications Welfare and Social Services skills Training and recruiting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor's degree and Masters in Social or labor welfare (MSW/MLW). 4-5 years Experience in a similar role is a plus.
