Position Overview

The Certified Welding Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training in Advanced Welding and Robotics. The trainer will ensure that participants gain strong conceptual understanding and hands-on expertise in various welding processes and industrial standards. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, relevant industry experience, and strong instructional skills to train students and professionals under ISIEINDIA’s skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on various welding techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
• Deliver sessions on advanced welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Arc Welding, Robotic Welding, etc.
• Train participants in welding automation, robotics integration, and modern welding technologies.
• Design and develop training content, modules, and assessments in alignment with industry standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain proper workshop/lab protocols during training.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their technical skills.
