Role & responsibilities Sales and Customer Support: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the welding industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding welding products and solutions. Technical Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate welding products and technologies features and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology. Market Analysis: Analyse market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the welding industry. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
