Metal preparation: Clean and prepare metal surfaces, align components, and set them up for welding using tools and fixtures.
Welding and cutting: Use various welding equipment, like torches and power supplies, to fuse metal pieces together and cut metal to the correct size and shape.
Quality inspection: Inspect finished welds for defects, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Equipment maintenance: Maintain and clean welding machinery and the work area, and monitor equipment to prevent overheating.
Safety compliance: Follow all safety regulations and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
