Roles and Responsibilities 1. Knowledge in Tig,Mig and Arc welding . 2. Check out the Welding procedure specification and program the parameters. 3. Update welding log and production documents on daily basis. 4. Follow up daily production schedule to ensure the deliveries to meet the customer requirement. 5. Able to preheat the parts before welding/cladding as per the Welding procedure specification. 6. To maintain log register for the welding parameters used during the production. 7. To maintain register for the consumable usages like Filler wire, tungsten Electrode, gas etc. 8. Responsible for maintaining all the welding accessories in proper working condition. 9. The Welders should check the machine condition, validity of the machine, calibration and electrical connections every time before they start the job. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th or ITI or Diploma Certification courses: Certified welding course in reputed training institute. Experience: Max 5 Years candidates should stay at coimbatore or who has interest to relocate to coimbatore ( Tamil nadu candidates only . Requirement: (6G welder & GTAW ETR or Conventional Cladding Machine Operator) Cladding operator / Welder shall have more than 5 years of experience in overlaying the API 6A Wellhead Equipments such as GV Bodies, GV Bonnets etc., shall have knowledge to understand the Welding procedure specification and able to program the welding parameters in-order to produce sound weld. Operator must have experience in handling the Endless Torch Rotation / Conventional cladding machines.
