Job Summary We are seeking an Assembly Welder for our industrial dust collection equipment division. The role involves welding and assembling components as per technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities ▪ Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on structural and sheet metal parts. ▪ Assemble components using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures. ▪ Interpret welding drawings and fabrication layouts. ▪ Inspect welds and assemblies for dimensional accuracy and finish. ▪ Operate grinders, drills, and other tools for surface preparation and finishing. ▪ Maintain welding equipment and follow prescribed safety practices. ▪ Coordinate with the production team to meet daily assembly targets. ▪ Keep the workstation clean, safe, and organized. Requirements ▪ ITI certification (2 years) in Welder, Fabrication, or Machinist trade. ▪ Recognized by NCVT or Directorate of Employment & Training (Kerala). ▪ Working knowledge of welding techniques and mechanical assembly. ▪ Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools. ▪ Physically fit with a focus on safety and quality.
