Job Summary: AJS Business and IOT Solutions is seeking skilled Welders for flex framework installations and general fabrication tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding mild steel (MS), stainless steel (SS), and aluminium for assembly display boards, sign frames, flex board structures, and other industrial components. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld MS/SS flex board frames, banner supports , and industrial display structures . Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding based on the material and job requirement. Cut, bend, and assemble pipes and sheets as per design. Conduct site installations for flex boards, frames, and other fabricated structures. Ensure welds are neat, secure, and up to structural standards. Collaborate with designers and supervisors for accurate execution. Use appropriate safety gear and follow site safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in flex frame welding, signage structure fabrication , or similar work. Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements. Familiarity with cutting, grinding, and finishing tools. Willingness to travel for on-site installations if required. Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in advertising or signage installation works .
