Website Product Manager

As a Website Product Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in owning and scaling the website, which is the most important public-facing asset of the brand. You will work collaboratively with various teams including Design, Marketing, SEO, Content, and Engineering to transform the website into a high-performance product that informs, converts, and inspires users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own the website roadmap, focusing on enhancing first-time user experiences and power user journeys. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to create high-converting landing pages based on campaigns and performance insights. - Partner with the SEO and Content teams to optimize the website for search engines and enrich it with valuable content. - Continuously analyze user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, etc. to improve flows, reduce bounce rates, and increase conversion rates. - Work closely with the Design team to ensure the website reflects the brand personality and product vision. - Conduct A/B tests and iterate based on performance data to enhance user experience. - Ensure that the website is mobile-first, fast-loading, and optimized for SEO. - Own site analytics, KPIs, and reporting to the leadership team. - Utilize Google Search Console to monitor site health, track search performance, identify crawl issues, and optimize for better rankings. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role with a focus on websites or growth. - Strong understanding of website UX, funnels, and performance metrics. - Previous experience collaborating with marketing or SEO teams. - Proficiency in tools like GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, CMS systems, Webflow/WordPress. - Good eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to craft compelling storytelling. - Bonus: Exposure to real-money gaming, D2C, or fintech industries.
