We are looking for a Website Performance Owner to take ownership of our companys website, ensuring it is optimized for sales, conversions, and overall business impact. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user experience (UX) expertise, and technical understanding to drive website performance and lead generation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to enhance website content, conversion paths, and user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Website Strategy & Ownership: Own and manage the marketing website as the primary digital sales tool. Develop and execute a website strategy aligned with lead generation, sales enablement, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-performing user experience across all website touchpoints. Core focus on turning visitor traffic into captured leads via registration, on-site. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms. Continuously refine landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and sales. Implement data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement and reduce drop-offs. Content & SEO Optimization: Ensure website content is compelling, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO & conversion. Work with content creators to develop high-impact landing pages, case studies, and product pages. Maintain site structure and metadata to improve organic traffic and ranking. Technical Management & User Experience (UX): Collaborate with developers to ensure website performance, security, and mobile optimization. Identify and resolve UX/UI issues to enhance navigation and site engagement. Manage integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc). Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to align website content and user journeys to meet business objectives. Work with designers and technical teams to implement new features and improvements. Communicate website performance, testing results, and business impact to stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years managing a high-performance marketing website, preferably in a sales-driven environment Expertise: Strong understanding of conversion optimization (CRO), UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and SEO best practices. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze website data and user behavior to make informed decisions. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and development teams.
