The role of a Front-End Developer at Instead involves creating and maintaining modern, responsive web applications to provide exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into interactive digital interfaces using technologies like JavaScript and the React ecosystem, with a focus on performance optimization. Collaboration with design, backend, branding, and marketing teams is essential to develop scalable frontend solutions that enhance user engagement and support business growth. Proficiency in Webflow architecture is highly valued for this role. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining interactive sites in Webflow, developing responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks, translating designs into engaging user experiences, optimizing sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility, integrating marketing tools and CMS platforms, automating workflows, ensuring cohesive brand messaging, and participating in cross-functional meetings to shape new digital initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of web development experience with expertise in Webflow, a strong technical foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks, design-to-code proficiency, cross-platform expertise in responsive design and accessibility, integration skills with workflows and CMS platforms, a collaborative mindset, a quality-focused approach, and strong problem-solving skills. Nice to have skills include advanced Webflow proficiency, marketing tool expertise, AI and design tools experience, technical versatility in various platforms, cross-functional experience, and relevant educational background or certifications.
