If you're comfortable working with WordPress, databases, plugins, and integrating design functionality, wed love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the backend of WordPress websites including plugin customization and theme development. Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend. Create and manage databases, forms, and CMS components. Ensure site speed, security, and scalability. Debug issues and optimize performance on the server side. What Were Looking For: Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress architecture. Familiarity with WordPress plugins, hooks, and functions. Understanding of UX/UI considerations for backend functionality. Ability to troubleshoot backend issues and optimize site performance. Bonus: Experience with REST APIs or custom plugin development.
