Role Overview

Website Content Manager

You will be responsible for maintaining content quality, consistency, and performance across multiple digital properties while collaborating with creative, technical, and marketing teams to deliver impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and optimize website content across CMS platforms (Sitecore, AEM, Drupal).
  • Develop and execute content management strategies aligned with brand and SEO goals.
  • Coordinate content creation, editing, and publishing workflows.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all web pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — design, marketing, and development — to deliver engaging digital experiences.
  • Analyze website performance metrics using

    web analytics tools

    and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely updates and delivery of all web content projects.
  • Uphold content governance standards and ensure brand compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in

    website content management

    using

    Sitecore, AEM, and Drupal

    .
  • Strong background in

    content writing, editing, and optimization

    .
  • Experience with

    content management processes

    and

    project coordination

    .
  • Proficiency in

    web analytics tools

    (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

    (preferred).
