About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, paid ads, SEO, and other digital touchpoints. This is an onsite role where you’ll be responsible for building brand visibility, driving user acquisition, and improving engagement for our Web3/Fintech platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute content calendars for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Telegram.
  • Drive engagement, follower growth, and active community participation.
  • Create and publish compelling posts, reels, infographics, and stories in collaboration with design/content teams.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
  • Manage budgets effectively and deliver maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and landing pages to improve conversions.

3. Content Marketing

  • Support blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and Web3/Fintech compliance standards.
  • Create SEO-friendly briefs and collaborate with writers/designers.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend growth strategies based on data-driven learnings.

5. Marketing Automation & CRM (Good-to-Have)

  • Support lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and user journeys.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Web3/Fintech preferred).
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics & Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
