As a highly experienced Golang Developer with deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals, you will be joining our development team to work on ongoing customizations and enhancements to a custom dashboard built on OKD. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) that tightly integrate with the Kubernetes control plane and are surfaced via the dashboard. You are expected to develop and maintain backend services in Golang following best practices for modular, maintainable, and scalable code. Additionally, you will customize and extend a dashboard based on OKD, integrate it with custom Kubernetes resources, and manage CRDs and associated controllers/operators. Your role will also involve ensuring the integration and visibility of custom resources within the UI. A proactive approach is essential in this role, where you will be required not only to deliver robust code but also to propose well-founded implementation ideas that align with platform evolution and product goals. You should have in-depth understanding and solid experience with Kubernetes control plane components, architecture, and various Kubernetes resources. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads is crucial, along with hands-on experience working in OKD or OpenShift environments. Key Technologies: ReactJs, GoLang, and Kubernetes Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend services in Golang following best practices. - Customize and extend a dashboard based on OKD, integrating it with custom Kubernetes resources. - Design, implement, and manage CRDs and associated controllers/operators. - Ensure integration and visibility of custom resources within the UI. - Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose technical solutions aligned with system architecture. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience with Golang in cloud-native environments. - Expertise with Kubernetes internals and resource lifecycle management. - Familiarity with declarative infrastructure management and Helm-based templating. - Experience with RESTful API development and backend integration with UI frameworks. Soft Skills: - Strong initiative and autonomy in technical decision-making. - Ability to analyze, justify, and communicate design choices clearly. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional development team.,
