Job Description

As a QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation, you will be responsible for driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile process. Your role will involve designing and implementing automation test strategies, developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. You will also be executing manual & automation testing, analyzing results for discrepancies and defects, and meticulously documenting test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing automation test strategies - Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans - Executing manual & automation testing, analyzing results for discrepancies and defects, and meticulously documenting test cases based on functional specifications and user stories - Preparing & Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas - Translating Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases, developing and executing Performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter - Coordinating with Dev, PO teams and assisting in RCA of defects Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or Bachelors Degree in a related discipline - Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience using automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, Python - Hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD - Experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution of deployments - Hands-on experience in API testing through different approaches like Testfully, Postman - Working experience in SAFe Agile environment - Hands-on experience in Eclipse, Maven/Jenkins - Hands-on experience in database testing - Extensive experience in End-to-End Automation Test Design and creation - Good knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps is required The company reserves the right to modify or amend accountabilities and requirements at any time at its sole discretion based on business needs.
