The ideal candidate should have expertise in front-end, back-end, and website deployment, managing PHP developers, front-end developers, QA specialists, and more. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the web development team, ensuring timely project delivery. Oversee website development, deployment, and quality assurance. Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members. Ensure coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
