Windowmaker is seeking a skilled and creative Senior Web Developer to spearhead the development, management, and continuous optimization of the company's digital web presence. In addition to core website development tasks, this position will be crucial in supporting the Marketing team by aiding campaigns, enhancing lead generation, and optimizing performance across various digital channels utilizing SEO and web analytics. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in ensuring that the web infrastructure is agile, scalable, and aligned with the brand and business objectives. Responsibilities include: - Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Windowmaker's website using WordPress and contemporary front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ensuring responsive design, high performance, and consistent functionality across different browsers and devices. - Managing web hosting infrastructure to guarantee high availability, security, and uptime. - Collaborating with the Marketing team to create and deploy web assets for digital campaigns and promotions. - Building campaign landing pages, banners, and HTML email templates to drive traffic conversion into leads. - Supporting marketing automation workflows and ensuring seamless CRM form integration. - Leading on-page SEO strategy, including metadata enhancement, page speed optimization, keyword usage, and accessibility improvements. - Monitoring and optimizing Google Search Console, keyword rankings, and performance analytics. - Implementing innovative web techniques such as interactive forms, chat tools, and A/B testing to boost user engagement and lead generation. - Administering content updates, user access, and plugin integrations in WordPress CMS. - Managing lead capture forms, submission flows, and synchronization with CRM. - Assisting internal teams in managing portal content and customer-facing information. Required Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in Web Development, focusing on WordPress and front-end frameworks. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap, or their modern equivalents. - Experience with PHP, Laravel, and web architecture fundamentals. - Knowledge of SEO tools and strategies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance optimization tools. - Strong creative mindset and ability to think from a digital marketing perspective. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in web development, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Skills: - Experience with AngularJS, React, or other front-end frameworks. - Familiarity with CMS and CRM systems. - Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and conversion rate optimization.
