Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Developer with experience in WordPress, Python, and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will work on improving our website, optimizing backend performance, and developing new features that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Swadesi.coms website and backend infrastructure. Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and APIs. Work with Python frameworks (Django/Flask) for backend development. Build and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring scalability and performance. Optimize website speed, security, and SEO for better rankings. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to enhance UI/UX. Debug, test, and deploy new features with clean and efficient code. Required Skills & Qualifications: WordPress Development Custom themes, plugins, APIs, WooCommerce. Python (Django/Flask) Backend API development, automation, scripting. Full Stack Development React.js / Vue.js / Next.js (Preferred), HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Database Management MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Cloud & DevOps Basic understanding of AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD (Preferred). Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate
