Job Description

About the Role:

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Design & UI/UX Development

Design clean, modern, and responsive website layouts, pages, and components.
Create wireframes, mockups, storyboards, and prototypes based on requirements.
Ensure design consistency with branding guidelines.
Focus on user-centered design principles to enhance user experience.

2. Graphic Design

Design visual elements such as banners, icons, logos, and illustrations.
Work with marketing teams to create design assets for web campaigns.

3. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative ideas to life.
Present design concepts and gather feedback to refine interfaces.

4. Quality Assurance

Conduct usability testing and ensure smooth user interactions.
Ensure websites meet standards for
accessibility, SEO, and performance
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with UX research, usability testing, and design systems.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
