Position: Web Designer Experience: Fresher - 6 months Location: Mohali Phase 8b We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs that meet business goals and ensure an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement visually attractive website layouts and user interfaces Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and web applications Ensure design consistency across all web pages Collaborate with developers and content teams to bring concepts to life Optimize designs for performance, usability, and accessibility Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies Modify and improve existing websites based on feedback and usability testing Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility Requirements: Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Experience with responsive and adaptive design Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Knowledge of SEO principles Familiarity with animation and interaction design Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
