Job Title: Web Designer Intern Internship Type: Paid Location: Sector-74, Mohali Duration: 6 months Department: Design / Web Development / Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Designer Intern to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web design, UX/UI best practices, and digital project development. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create engaging, user-friendly websites and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing layouts, landing pages, and website elements using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively. Support the design team in creating graphics, banners, and visual assets for websites and social media. Help optimize website designs for mobile responsiveness and performance. Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design improvements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for UX/UI enhancements. Requirements: Basic understanding of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Good eye for design, layout, color, and typography. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Good communication and teamwork skills. A portfolio (academic or personal projects) showcasing web or UI/UX design work is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, or a related field.
