Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition Actively engage in the acquisition of new clients. Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout. Utilize market research and networking to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Portfolio Management : Analyse clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to construct and manage customized investment portfolios. Monitor and rebalance portfolios to ensure alignment with market conditions and clients' objectives. Provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients. Financial Product Sales: Promote and sell a variety of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans & Mortgages, LAS, and Fixed Income Products. Stay informed about product features, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting financial products. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate financial solutions. Cross-Selling and Relationship Building: Cross-sell Demat Accounts and other relevant financial services to existing and potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Identify opportunities for additional services and products based on clients' financial needs. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all dealings. Financial Planning and Advisory: Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients. Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and financial planning strategies. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Qualifications & Experience Any Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience within the same industry type. Proven experience as a Wealth Manager with expertise in Portfolio Management. Relevant certifications such as AMFI, NISM Wealth Management, or similar. In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans & Mortgages, LAS, and Fixed Income Products.
