Job Description

This role involves developing personalized wealth strategies for MNI clients (Mass Affluent), handling client queries, finding appropriate solutions and driving client success. The role requires a blend of strong financial acumen, operational/managerial expertise, and excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Wealth Management: • Develop and implement customized financial plans while working closely with a team to soak in the firm DNA/ philosophy Assess the client's financial needs and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment strategies Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice Ensure all advisory services adhere to financial regulations and company policies Day- to Day Client Management: Client Servicing with a solution-oriented approach Foster a collaborative and client-centric team culture Client Data Management in CRM and portfolio reporting Coordinate with AMC/ channel partners for client servicing Develop proficiency in client servicing softwares- Mint, Zoho Proficiency and Accuracy with Team MIS’s, transaction platforms- NSE, BSE and offline Business Development & Growth: Lead follow up and support for faster conversion Crafting documents and collateral to assist the team in pitching Contributing to other organizational committees/project Eligibility Qualification: • Technical Skills: Masters’ in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA Finance or CFA/CFP certification preferred) • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management • Candidate should be self-motivated to drive for excellence • The ability to adapt and work independently is crucial • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Positive demeanour and interpersonal skills are valued Location:Sector 2, Noida KIndly share your Cv if this is of interest to you
