JOB DESCRIPTION FORM Job Profile: ERM and internal audit role in mid office / Risk Management (Brief description in 2-3 lines): Designation & ( Corporate Manager / Manager ESG) Job Location: Corporate Office Reporting Authority : (Designation + Function)Head Enterprise Risk Management Duties & Responsibilities: (Minimum 5 - Mention in detail) Develop and implement ESG and Net Zero strategies, setting and operationalizing ESG strategies, defining KPIs and frameworks for measuring and monitoring impacts. Lead and coach in the deployment of Net Zero focus programs Stay aware of global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices Conduct ESG policy analyses and develop roadmaps and action plans to help improve sustainability practices Conduct ESG maturity assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects Evaluate options for including ESG mitigation and adaptation considerations in investment projects Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding unique needs and providing tailored ESG solutions. Collaborate with other departments to integrate ESG principles into broader consulting services. Supporting business developments to further expand our ESG-related services Contribute to thought leadership and business development in the ESG domain Implementing a new methodology and / or technology across an organization, driving sustainable change, developing sustainability or operational excellence solutions or supporting business programs to achieve ESG aims (incl. emissions) Span of Control: (No. of Employees Reporting) NAInterfaces :(a) Internal : Accounts, Investment, Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance and compliance Parent/Group companies (b) External : Rating agencies, , Auditors Vendors, External partners Skills & Competencies : (Technical & Behavioral Characteristics, Proficiencies etc.) Analytical skills, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills In-depth understanding of global trends, agendas, ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory environments Coaching and developing people, supporting them to attain higher levels of performance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills ® Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Qualification Requirement: (Min.
