Job Description

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
  • Clean, transform, and model data using

    Power Query & DAX

    .
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare

    FRDs

    .
  • Document workflows, processes, and data logic.
  • Validate dashboard accuracy and monitor data refresh cycles.
  • Work closely with Product, BI, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Support monthly/quarterly business review presentations.
  • Handle ad-hoc analytical requests for rapid decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    Power BI

    (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
  • Good understanding of

    SQL

    and

    Advanced Excel

    .
  • Knowledge of relational databases and

    ETL concepts

    .
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

  • Basic knowledge of

    Python

    .
  • Exposure to

    Power Automate

    or similar BI tools.
  • Understanding of

    CRM/ERP systems

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Agile, JIRA, and product workflows

    .

Candidate Profile

  • Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete or unstructured data.
  • Fast learner with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
