Engagement Model

  • Initial Phase (First 2 Months):

    Contribution-based, unpaid. This is our early building stage.

  • After 2 Months:

    Performance evaluation followed by structured payouts. Roles may convert into

    full-time, part-time, contract, or permanent positions

    based on mutual fit and contribution.

  • Work Culture:

    Collaborative, growth-driven, and built on ownership.
