Job Summary : The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely supply, analysing demand-supply gaps, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in data analysis, and excellent communication in both Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities : Team Management Lead and manage the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations. Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance to meet business goals. Portfolio Gap Analysis Resolution Identify gaps in the product portfolio and work with relevant teams to fill them. Proactively suggest improvements in sourcing and product availability. Vendor Coordination Supply Management Regularly follow up with outsourced vendors to ensure timely supply. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to improve service levels. Timely Supply Production Prioritization Ensure on-time supply of products by closely monitoring production timelines. Coordinate with the Delhi QC team to speed up production based on priority. Demand Supply Gap Analysis Analyse market demand trends and supply chain constraints. Take corrective actions to balance demand and supply efficiently. Data Management Reporting Maintain and update MIS reports for tracking supply chain performance. Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to generate insights for decision-making. Communication Collaboration Communicate effectively with vendors, production teams, and internal stakeholders. Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication in Hindi and English . Required Skills Qualifications : Experience : 3+ years in supply chain management, vendor coordination, or related fields. Education : MBA /Btech Skills : Strong Excel MIS reporting skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken written) . Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
