About
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz Cash management Services, Commercial cards & Correspondent Banking services, Capital & Custody Account Services, Trade & Supply Chain Fice, GIFT City The team focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and delivery of mentioned services to corporate customers As a part of the Wholesale Banking Product team, CMS - New Economy Group & Ficial Sponsors Sales Managers are responsible for the sales of CMS Business in respective locations Ficial Sponsors segment comprises of PE/ VCs, Angels, Venture Debt, AIFs etc, and such companies and New Economy Group constitutes Institutionally invested companies in medium to advanced stages of funding, operating in sectors like Fintech, Aggregators, logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, defense, etc Responsible for the achievement of the CMS Fee and improve CDAB for the assigned geography Acquisition of mandates budgeted for the geography and increase CMS sales in notified Sectors/Industries in existing and new clients Increase Digital penetration including API based solutions, Host to Host connectivity, and Payments, including market share and grow volumes of GST, TDS and other tax payments Grow market share and receivable solutions, including cash & Cheque collections, BBPS, NACH/ eNACH, Payment gateway solutions and other digital solutions like virtual accounts Provide feedback on new product ideas and business models in the market to Product teams and work across internal stakeholders like coverage, Product, Implementation, IT etc, to grow Franchise level outcomes Role also entails initiation, overseeing implementation and monetization of CMS deals in the pipeline Ensure housekeeping & regularly update call reports, maintain a healthy pipeline to meet budgets and update all stakeholders on developments of portfolio Understand and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on ongoing changes in regulatory framework impacting the portfolio
Qualifications Graduate in any Discipline MBA/PGDBM will be preferred Role Proficiencies: A successful candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking regulations and norms Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank Dealt with CMS Sales/CMS Service Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Relationship building skills Basic knowledge of IT
