About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, deeply in tune with digital trends, and capable of managing a team to deliver engaging, high-performing content. Key Responsibilities: Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s brand identity and marketing goals. Creative Development: Write compelling scripts, captions, and content ideas for reels, videos, and static posts across various platforms. Production Oversight: Direct product and video shoots, ensuring creative output aligns with each brand's tone, aesthetics, and objectives. Team Leadership: Collaborate with and lead a team of designers and copywriters to execute engaging content across platforms. Trend & Platform Intelligence: Stay updated with platform algorithms, content trends, and cultural moments to keep brand communication fresh and relevant. Client Communication: Coordinate regularly with clients for content approvals, feedback, and campaign planning. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy and maximize reach and engagement. Cross-Platform Execution: Ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or agencies. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc. Experience directing content shoots is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
