Wavesoldering Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Wave Soldering Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the wave soldering equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The role includes ensuring quality soldering, machine setup, daily maintenance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Set up and operate the wave soldering machine for through-hole PCB assembly.
• Load PCBs onto pallets or conveyors for soldering.
• Adjust machine parameters like temperature, conveyor speed, and flux levels as per production requirements.
• Monitor soldering process to ensure quality and proper solder joints.
• Conduct visual inspection for defects like bridges, cold solder, or insufficient solder.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of the solder pot and machine parts.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electronics or relevant technical field.

Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
