Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Water Resource Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing water resource projects, including water supply systems, irrigation systems, and flood control measures. Tasks include conducting field investigations, preparing technical reports, performing hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, and overseeing project implementation to ensure efficiency and adherence to environmental and legal standards. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and communication with stakeholders will be an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in water resource management, hydraulic design, and hydrologic modeling
• Hands-on experience in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, GIS tools, or other engineering software
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
• Effective project management capabilities, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Clear and concise communication skills, with experience in preparing technical documents and interacting with stakeholders
• Educational qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field with a focus on water resources
• Prior experience in water resource project design, implementation, or related areas is preferred
