Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire warranty claim lifecycle, ensuring financial control over warranty and customer support payments, and strategically planning service center operations. This role is crucial for managing financial risk related to product quality issues and coordinating service initiatives like recall campaigns across the network of service shops and distributors.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) or Business Administration with a strong technical background.
Experience: Minimum 5-9 years of progressive experience in Automotive Aftersales, with a significant focus on Warranty Administration, Service Planning, or Financial Control within an OEM or large dealership group.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle systems, repair procedures,
and the root causes of common warranty claims.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, forecast costs, and develop performance plans (KPIs, revenue, headcount).
Process Management: Proven expertise in developing and enforcing complex warranty policies and managing large-scale service/recall campaigns.
