JOB SUMMARY Reputed Auto component manufacturing Industry at Thervoykandigai looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. The incumbent is responsible for the Warehousing & Stores Process. Work experience in any automobile or auto component industry can apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To understand customer requirement and ensure customer satisfaction 100%. Conduct daily delivery meeting for failure analysis and action taken for improvement. Ensuring system-based shelf life & FIFO audits and monitoring the effectiveness. Fixed stock norms and monitoring in warehouse. Effectiveness utilization of 4M by review of PPC operation. Coordinating with the transporters & warehouse teams to arrange the vehicles as per the dispatch plans. Estimating the lead time of packing empties return from the customers & taking the rotation days into production plan to ensure there is no overflow at shop floor & meeting the delivery requirements of the customers. Reconciliation of materials dispatched & received at the customer end by the collection of POD & sending the confirmation to the customers on a daily basis. Ensure invoice tax details like GST (Goods & service Tax), E-Way bill. Accounting of customers returns in line with the quality requirements of the company. Monitoring & strengthening internal team performance by DWM. To reduce customer complaints by effective communication, actions and training. Submit customer wise delivery performance report submit to top management on monthly basis Conducting regular cycle count audit and take actions in case of deviations (stock variance and posting in line with cycle count) To reduce premium freight cost through improvement projects (Reduce turnaround time, price negotiation, packaging improvement, etc.) MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT Diploma or B.E in Mechanical Engineering EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Familiar with SAP ERP System. Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS power point. Should have experience in automobile industry.
