Train and develop warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels. Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes. JOB REQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 0-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
